 Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, your item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact us at binocular.qa@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without obtaining a return authorization number.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different model, size, or color, please contact us at binocular.qa@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization (EA) number and further instructions on how to exchange your item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired item will be in stock.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at binocular.qa@gmail.com to report the issue and request a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect in order to process your request.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item over 300qr, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized or personalized items

7. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, at our discretion. If a restocking fee applies to your return, you will be notified of the fee amount before your return is processed.
